Delete Account

There is no account to delete

MiniThen never asks you to sign up. Your selfie, your portrait and your letters live only on your phone. Our server never stores your photos or your words.

Delete your photos and letters

Open MiniThen and go to Settings.
Tap Delete all photos and letters, then Delete.

This permanently removes your selfie, the portrait, every note and reply, your lines and your sits. It also clears the widget, stops the daily notification and resets the anonymous stats ID. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it.

Or delete the app

iPhone: touch and hold the MiniThen icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
Android: touch and hold the MiniThen icon, then tap Uninstall.

Copies may remain in your own iCloud, Google or computer backups until those backups are replaced or deleted.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting your data or the app does not cancel your subscription. To stop paying:

iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then MiniThen, then Cancel Subscription.
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then MiniThen, then Cancel subscription.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

What is left on our side

To keep the free portrait to once per phone, our server keeps a few usage counts for a random install ID. They contain no photos, words or names and do not identify you.

Emails you sent us

If you wrote to us and want that conversation deleted, email us and we will remove it.
